Email Brief
Your inbox sorts itself. Twice a day, your agent reads everything that came in, drafts the obvious replies, archives the noise, and hands you a one-screen brief of what's left.

Labelled Agency/Brief-Archived in Gmail — restore any time.
A sample of what your agent delivers — yours will reflect your work, not this demo.
How it works
Most days, 90% of your inbox isn't for you. Newsletters, receipts, automated noise — fine, but it buries the 10% that actually needs a human. Email Brief runs twice a day, classifies every new thread into Needs your reply / Needs action / FYI / Archive, drafts replies for the obvious ones, and quietly files the rest under a recovery label so you can always get it back. Optionally, it pushes the action items into the task app you already use — Todoist, Things 3, TickTick — so the work lands where you manage your day. You read a five-section brief in two minutes instead of scrolling for twenty.
- 1Reads everything new
Picks up where the last brief left off — no double-processing, no missed mail.
- 2Classifies each thread
Needs your reply, needs action, FYI, or noise. Decided thread by thread, with reasons.
- 3Drafts the easy replies
For the obvious ones, a draft is waiting in Gmail. You review and send — or edit, or skip.
- 4Archives the noise
Removes from inbox, applies a recovery label (default: Agency/Brief-Archived). Nothing is ever deleted.
- 5Optionally pushes to your task app
If you point it at Todoist, Things 3, TickTick, Asana, or another connected task app, Needs-reply and Needs-action items become tasks with the Gmail link in the notes — and a due date when one's mentioned.
- 6Reports back
A single report: five sections, every item linked to the Gmail thread. Two-minute read.
Make it yours
Workflows are recipes, not rigid scripts. Tell your agent what to change and it'll rewrite the steps.
- ›Run only once a day, at 6am.
- ›Use a different label for the archive bucket.
- ›Skip drafts entirely — just sort and report.
- ›Pipe action items to Todoist (or Things 3 via Agency Link).
- ›Add a VIP list so certain senders always land in Needs your reply.
More workflows
A two-minute scan of your day — revenue, inbox, calendar, weather, and the news you care about — written warmly enough to read with coffee.
Every hour your agent scans your calendar, inbox, and the wider world — and stays silent unless something genuinely needs you right now. Over time it learns what 'urgent' actually means for you.
Stop being everyone.
Pick the one thing you keep meaning to hand off. Your agent takes it from there.
