The Agency provides an AI-powered assistant platform. The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence services to process requests and generate responses. The Service may also include a desktop application ("Agency Link") that connects local tools and services to your agent via a relay.
3. No Warranties - "As Is" Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
You use this Service at your own risk. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always verify important information independently.
4. Data and Third-Party Services
Your data may be processed by third-party AI services to provide functionality. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this processing. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
When you connect external accounts (email, calendar, etc.), you authorize the Service to access and act on those accounts according to your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing and authorizing any actions taken.
Third-party tools and MCP servers. The Service allows you to connect third-party tools and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, including those running locally on your devices via Agency Link. These tools are developed and maintained by third parties, not by us. We do not review, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the behavior, security, or output of third-party tools or MCP servers. You install, configure, and use them entirely at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGENCY, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
- Damages from unauthorized access to your connected accounts
- Any actions taken by the AI assistant on your behalf
- Any actions performed by third-party tools or MCP servers connected through the Service
- Data processed, accessed, or transmitted by tools running on your local devices via Agency Link
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Review and verify AI-generated content before acting on it
- Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all actions taken through your account
- Evaluate and accept the risks of any third-party tools or MCP servers you connect
7. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these terms.
