Introducing HTML Reports: Dashboards, Charts, and the Full Picture

Your agent's reports can now be interactive web pages — charts, dashboards, timelines, and comparison tables, rendered right in your Reports library.

by The Agency

Most of what your agent hands back is words. A research summary, a morning briefing, a comparison — and markdown does that beautifully: headings, lists, tables, the occasional diagram. That's still the right format for almost everything, and it isn't going anywhere.

But some things are easier to see than to read. A month of spending wants to be a chart. A project wants to be a timeline. Five options want to be a side-by-side dashboard you can actually scan. For those, your agent can now produce HTML reports — complete, interactive web pages, rendered right in your Reports library.

What changed

When your agent decides a result is strongly visual, it writes the report as a self-contained web page instead of plain text. That opens up:

  • Charts and graphs — bar, line, pie, scatter — built with real charting libraries like Chart.js, D3, Plotly, and ECharts.
  • Dashboards — several metrics laid out together, so the whole picture is on one screen.
  • Timelines, comparison tables, and presentations — anything where the layout carries the meaning.

These open full-width in your Reports library, switch with your light or dark theme automatically, and are genuinely interactive — hover a data point, scan a legend, follow a timeline.

The same numbers, two ways

Ask for a summary and you'll get clean, readable text — exactly as before:

Sample report

Spending — last 30 days

CategoryAmount
Groceries$612
Dining out$389
Transport$204
Subscriptions$96

Total: $1,301, down 8% from the month before. Dining out was the biggest mover (+$70).

That's perfect when you just want the numbers. But ask for the same thing as a dashboard, and your agent reaches for HTML instead:

Sample prompt
Pull my expenses for the last 3 months and build me an interactive dashboard — spending by category, a month-over-month trend line, and my five biggest purchases.

You don't have to say the words "HTML report." Just ask for something visual, and your agent picks the right format. Markdown stays the default — deliberately — because most reports are better as words.

It stays safe

HTML reports run in a locked-down sandbox. A report can't reach your session, your account, or any of your other reports — it only knows what's inside it. The data is baked in when the report is generated, so there are no surprise network calls. And if a report ever needs to pull something from the web, you're asked to approve the source first. It's the same safety model as everything else your agent does.

Email, Telegram, and sharing

Every HTML report comes with a short plain-text summary. That's what shows up in your Reports list, and what gets sent to email or Telegram — because an interactive page doesn't belong in an inbox. When you want the full thing, open it in the app, or share it with a link, and it renders in all its glory.
